Adds the org page for arudaev and requests 1209:D0C4 for Duckwalk.
Duckwalk is a GPL-3.0 app for the Flipper Zero: https://github.com/arudaev/duckwalk (LICENSE at the root). It is software only and runs on stock Flipper Zero hardware with the official firmware.
Why it needs its own PID rather than the test PID or the Flipper's own IDs: while Duckwalk runs, the Flipper drops its normal USB identity and presents Duckwalk's own HID device (mouse, consumer control and a vendor-defined data collection). The Windows helper in the same repository finds that device by VID and PID, so it must not collide with anything else. Every user runs the same app on the same hardware, so a per-user PID wouldn't work. Until now development has used 1209:0001, and the app is about to be submitted to the official Flipper Apps Catalog, so it needs a real ID before it ships to other people.
One PID for the whole project. The descriptor is in app/usb/usb_duck.c.
